By accessing and using the J K NOVELTIES website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Use of Service

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities under your account are your responsibility.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws. Fraudulent activities will result in account termination and legal action.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or content are error-free. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. In case of pricing errors, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product unavailability.

Payment: Full payment must be received before order processing. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods listed at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Custom Orders: Bespoke pieces require 50% advance payment. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. All shipments are fully insured. Report any transit damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Replacements & No Refunds

Once a product has been dispatched and is out for delivery, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We only offer replacements for items received in damaged condition or if the incorrect item was delivered. To process a replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without this video, we will be unable to proceed with any claims.

The replacement request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Email us at ishantjoshi80@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 80072 33000 with your Order ID and the uncut unboxing video.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of J K NOVELTIES and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

J K NOVELTIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
